  • We are exploring creating a new cohousing development in Wellington. In April 2026, our conditional tender was accepted on a site in Paparangi.

    We aim to have around 29 one-bedroom to three-bedroom townhouses and apartments available to pre-purchase in 2026.

    The development is scheduled to be complete in 2028.

  • This development will be built using a Unit Title model. Each home is private with its own bathroom and kitchen.

    Each homeowner owns a share in the Body Corporate and Body Corp Levies are paid to maintain the common land.

    • Car Stackers and Car-Share Scheme

  • We are currently taking expressions of interest from people who would be keen to learn more about this development.

  • We do not have pricing yet as we are currently in the feasibility phase. We hope to be able to release pricing later in 2026.
