We are seeking a minimum of $385k in capital in return for a 10% stake in our company.

This initial capital will allow us to identify land and assess the feasibility of projects across the country. Next year, we intend to raise $10m through wholesale investment loans to purchase the land we identify.

Over the next 5 years, we plan to deliver 200 sustainable community focused homes across 8 cohousing neighbourhoods.
