A MORE CONNECTED LIFE
Imagine a more connected way of living in the heart of Wellington. Our proposed Newtown development aims to bring people together through thoughtfully designed, medium-density housing that balances private homes alongside community living.
Located in Newtown, with easy access to Wellington’s town centre, public transport, local shops, parks and other amenities, the development offers the opportunity to enjoy the convenience of urban living while being part of a connected neighbourhood.
Circle Living is exploring a shared equity model to help make homeownership more accessible. This approach could allow eligible buyers to purchase a share of their home, reducing the upfront cost of buying a home.
We’re exploring how to create a neighbourhood that combines affordability, connection and thoughtful design, offering more people the opportunity to put down roots and be part of a community.
The image shown is an earlier concept developed for a previous project on the same site. While it provides an indication of the style and approach we are exploring, the Newtown development is still in the design phase and will be redesigned to reflect the site, community needs and shared vision.

Healthy, warm and dry homes. Village living in the heart of the city.
Discover a different way to live in Newtown, where the comforts of your own home meet the joys of community living.
With a mix of thoughtfully designed apartments and townhouses, from one to four bedrooms, there’s space for different households, life stages and ways of living. Enjoy the privacy of your own home, with the opportunity to connect with neighbours, share a meal in the Common House, or simply enjoy a friendly face as you come and go.
Designed around the idea that we thrive when we feel connected, this is a place where community can grow naturally. You can choose how much you participate, whether that’s joining a shared dinner, spending time in the gardens, or enjoying a quiet evening at home.
Designed for people, not cars. With local shops, cafés, parks, public transport and city amenities close by, Newtown offers the perfect setting for a car-free lifestyle. By prioritising people, walking and cycling, this development aims to create a greener, quieter and more connected neighbourhood, with less space dedicated to vehicles and more room for people, gardens and community. Enjoy the freedom of leaving the car behind and embracing a more active, sustainable way of living.
A home of your own. A community on your doorstep. A better way to live.

This development will be built using a Unit Title model. Each home is private with its own bathroom and kitchen.
Each homeowner owns a share in the Body Corporate and Body Corp Levies are paid to maintain the common land.
We’re exploring new ways to make homeownership more accessible through a shared equity model, helping more people have access to community living, to find a place to call home.
